GROW GROUPS

The Connecting Church offers you opportunities to grow in Christ. Spiritual growth and building a relationship in Christ are essential in the fruitful Christian life. Grow Groups are interactive small groups, Biblically-based and meet the church mission, “To Know Christ and Make Him Known”. 

If you want to GROW tall, you must go deep. Like a tree firmly planted by streams of water which yields fruit in season. Ps. 1:3

Developing in Spiritual Maturity: No matter where your middle and high schoolers are in their spiritual journey, this class will delve into the tough questions of faith. The purpose is to build on the foundations for Biblical, spiritual maturity. Inquisitive minds plunge into the Bible to get answers to their biggest questions about God, others, and themselves. 

Adult Faith Building Classes, March 3rd- May 19th

• Basics of Christianity (Discipleship 101)

• Healing (Discipleship 218)

Teacher: Pastor Nate Crandall     Jesus healed the sick and told His disciples to do likewise. Call the church office to order the book – "Authority to Heal" Cost $10

• Caregivers Support Group

Facilitator: Barb Green     This class is for adults who find themselves in the role of a caregiver. Whether it be for grandchildren or an aging parent, this class will continue to look at the challenges faced by caregivers through a Biblical perspective. Come hear some tips and share your suggestions with other caregivers.

• Nehemiah: an Old Testament Study

Teacher: Kathy Hulstrom        Are you experiencing opposition, discouragement, fear, deception, or impasse because the walls/gates of your life are in need of repair? Do you need "The good hand of God" upon you for restoration and joy? Then join us as we allow God to speak through Nehemiah.  Bring your Bible and a notebook.

• Parents Support Group 

Facilitators: Marcy Kersten and Katie Lubke      Come for lively discussions and Godly support. This group is open to parents of all ages.
